You must nominate at least one authorised contact. This may be the applicant or a person authorised by the applicant, including tax agents.
The authorised contact must be able to deal with any issues relating to the business or organisation's business registration. (The Australian Business Register is used by federal, state/territory and local government agencies who may contact the business through the authorised contact.) This person must also be able to make changes or updates on the applicant’s behalf.
If the authorised contact has difficulty using English, you'll need to indicate their preferred language in your application. If they have a hearing or speech impairment, they may use the National Relay ServiceExternal Link if you indicate this as their preferred channel.
