Below is a list of reported ABR web service issues.
In order to see if a record is inactive, the history value in the request has to equal YES <abr:history>Y</abr:history>.
This is because if the value is inactive, it has an <effectiveTo> date in the past, so this can only be displayed by a historicalABNRecord.
Note: The record can still be searched by the currentABNRecord, but will not display the <effectiveTo> date.
"Server was unable to process request"
This error message displays when ACN/ARBN request inputs are 111111111 or 999999999.
